Getting started for agencies

As an agency, you can work with HICARI in two ways: delegate UGC video production to our team or manage it yourself from the platform. In both cases, your client receives videos from real creators with usage rights included.
Choose how you want to work

Get started with the platform in four steps
Create your brand account
Sign up for free through the brand registration page with Google or your email. If you use email, confirm the 6-digit code we send you. Under Company / Brand, enter your agency’s name. The same email cannot be used for both a brand and a creator account.
Create one account per client
When you register, you already have a main account. Under My accounts, click New account for each client: each one has its own balance, requests, messages and billing details. We explain this in My accounts.
Invite your team
Under My accounts, click Settings in the client’s account. In the Members tab, use Invite member and choose which pages each person can view. More details in members and permissions.
Top up your balance and launch your first request
With the client’s account active (Use this account), complete the Billing details, top up under Top up balance and create your request from Public brief & Campaigns or Creators — private brief. Follow the guide How to create a request.
Present creators and videos without the HICARI brand
You can show your client profiles, casting proposals and delivered videos on pages where the HICARI brand does not appear:
- Profiles: Share button on the creator’s profile. How it works.
- Casting proposals: selections from My creators with an unbranded link and the price you want to show. View selections.
- Videos: links for sharing a video or a complete delivery, with an optional password. Download and share.
The usage rights belong to your client
You act on behalf of the brand requesting the content: the usage rights belong to that brand, and your agency is responsible for ensuring they are used according to the terms. That’s why you can’t reuse one client’s videos for another client. Review the usage rights before your first request.
