Balance, packs and payments

There are no subscriptions, fees or commitments with HICARI. Top up your balance, or pay when you activate a request, and only pay for the videos you order.
How balance works
Your balance has two parts: Available, which you can use for new requests, and Held for active campaigns, which is reserved for ongoing requests.
- Top up your balance, or pay any outstanding amount when you activate the request.
- When you activate a request, its amount is held.
- When you approve the collaboration, that amount is used and the creator gets paid.
- If you cancel the request before anyone takes it, or if a private invitation is rejected or expires, the amount returns to your available balance.
Your balance always appears in the top bar of the dashboard, next to the top-up button.
Pay per video or choose packs
In Top up balance, choose how you want to pay:

A video costs from 70 € with a Standard creator (15 seconds), from 105 € with a Pro creator and from 140 € with a Premium creator. All prices exclude VAT. You can see the current amounts for each pack and the extra balance they include in Top up balance.
How to pay
- Payment is made with Stripe, by card and using any other methods shown on the payment screen. Stripe manages your card details.
- Before paying, you need to complete your billing details. VAT is calculated during the payment itself.
- You do not need to top up beforehand: when you activate a request, your balance is used first and you pay the rest with Go to payment.
- All prices and charges are in euros.
- Would you prefer a bank transfer or a custom pack? Write to us through Support. We do not accept PayPal for brands.
Discounts
- Welcome discount: if you are a new brand, it is automatically applied to your first pay-per-video payment, with no code and no expiry date. It applies to public and private requests.
- Discount codes: if you have one, enter it in Discount code (optional) before going to Stripe.
Discounts cannot be combined.
Guarantee and refunds
In Top up balance, you will see the 30-day money-back guarantee: if within 30 days you cannot find a creator who meets your needs, you can request a refund of any balance you have not used. Conditions apply. For any refund, write to us through Support and check the refund conditions.
Is there a monthly fee or commitment?
No. Using HICARI is free: you only pay for the balance you top up or the videos you order.
Can I use my balance with any creator level?
Yes. Your available balance can be used with Standard, Pro or Premium creators and for your requests' extras.
My company is not in Spain. Can I pay?
Yes. Charges are made in euros and, if your card is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion. The applicable VAT is calculated during payment based on your billing details.
Can I transfer balance from one account to another?
Yes, if you have several accounts in My accounts: use Transfer between accounts (in whole euros and up to the available balance). We explain it in My accounts: one account per client.
