Send your product to the creator

If the creator needs your product to record, mark it in the brief. Each creator working on your request will provide their address, and you send it to them. Shipping never costs the creator anything.
How it works
Mark shipping in the brief
In the Logistics step, answer Do you need to send a product for the content? with Shipping Required. In the description or notes, explain what you are going to send and whether it needs to be returned.
The creator gives you their address
When you choose a creator for a public request, or when they accept your private invitation, they fill in their shipping address for that collaboration. We’ll notify you by email as soon as it’s available.
Check the address
Go to My requests, open the request and, for the relevant creator, click Manage. You’ll find it under Shipping address. If you see “The creator hasn’t completed their address yet”, remind them via chat.
Send the product
You manage the shipping yourself, using your usual carrier and at your own expense. Once you send it, share the tracking number via chat.
Good to know
- It’s free for the creator. Shipping costs them nothing and is not deducted from what they earn.
- One address per collaboration. In a public request with several creators, each one has their own address, and you send one package to each of them.
- The address may change. The creator can update it while the collaboration is ongoing, so check it just before shipping.
- If it needs to be returned, say so in the brief. Explain how the return will work (for example, if you include a return label) so the creator knows before applying or accepting.
- Allow time for shipping. Choose a delivery date that leaves enough time for the product to arrive and the creator to record. For private requests, the minimum date is already 7 days from today.
- Use the address only for this shipment. It contains the creator’s personal data.
What if the creator has to go somewhere?
If you need them to record in a store, at an event or in any specific place, choose Specific Location in the same Logistics step and describe the place, area or schedule (up to 500 characters). For a private request, make sure the creator lives nearby and can travel there. You can agree on the day and time via chat.
