What happens if no creator accepts my request?

You don’t lose your balance. A public request stays open until you fill it or cancel it. For a private request, if the creator rejects the invitation or doesn’t respond within 72 hours, the amount automatically returns to your available balance.

• It doesn’t expire. It remains visible in Opportunities until you fill all the spots, and the amount remains held in the meantime.
• You can improve it. With Edit request, you can adjust the targeting, level or delivery date so more creators can apply. If the change affects the price, the difference is charged or returned to your balance.
• You can cancel it. With Cancel, it returns to draft and the held balance becomes available. If you activate it again later, you keep the interested creators it already had.

Before changing anything, review what most limits applications: a high minimum level, targeting by gender and country, requesting publication on a specific network, a specific location or a very tight deadline. We explain this in how long it takes for the first interested creator to arrive.

• The creator has 72 hours to accept or reject it. In My requests, you’ll see how much time they have left.
• If they don’t respond in time, the invitation expires, the held balance returns to your available balance and we notify you by email.
• From the request, you can Invite another creator with the same brief or Delete request.
