How long does it take for the first interested creator to arrive?

There is no fixed timeframe: it depends on how many creators meet your requirements and how clear and appealing your brief is. A public request with reasonable requirements and a well-explained brief usually receives applications much sooner than a very restrictive one.

• The minimum level. The higher it is, the fewer creators can apply (creators at a higher level can always apply to requests at a lower level, but not the other way around).
• Targeting. If you filter by gender and country, only creators who meet those criteria can see and apply. The assistant itself will warn you: fewer creators will be able to apply.
• Publication on social media. If you ask them to post on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, only those who have that network active on HICARI can apply.
• Location. If you need them to record in a specific place, the pool of possible creators is smaller.
• Brief clarity. A creator decides within seconds whether it is a good fit. If they do not understand what they have to record, they move on to the next opportunity.
• Consistency between the script and duration. A brief that asks for a lot of content in 15 seconds puts creators off.
• Delivery date. A very tight deadline reduces applications, especially if they also have to wait for a shipment.

• Write a title and description that answer three questions: what needs to be recorded, who it is for and where it will be used.
• Only use the targeting you really need. If gender or country are not essential, do not limit them.
• Choose a realistic level. If the video is simple, start with Standard: Pro and Premium creators will also be able to apply.
• Adjust the script to the duration and limit the key messages to two or three.
• Set a delivery date with enough time to record, edit and, if necessary, receive the product.
• Reply quickly in the chat to creators who contact you.
• If time passes and no applications arrive, use Edit request to review the targeting, level or date.
