Working with the HICARI team: models and costs

In addition to using the platform yourself, you can delegate production to the HICARI team (UGC Agency). You validate creators, scripts and videos; we take care of the rest. The price is set through a tailored quote based on the volume and what you need.

You can combine them: for example, launch one-off requests yourself and delegate a client’s monthly production.
What the managed service includes
- Content strategy and calendar.
- Creator selection: we suggest profiles and you validate them before getting started. Here’s how we select them.
- Scripts and briefs, which you validate.
- Communication with creators, product shipments and deadline tracking.
- Review of each video before delivering it to you and management of changes.
- Content delivery and, if the campaign includes it, publication on the creators’ profiles.
- Suggestions for improvement based on what works best.
What affects the price
- Volume and frequency: a one-off order is not the same as monthly production.
- Level and duration: the creators’ level (Standard, Pro or Premium) and the duration of the videos.
- Extras: hooks and additional formats, publication on the creator’s social networks, or more time with paid usage rights.
- How much you delegate: just casting or the entire process, including scripts.
- Logistics: product shipments, travel, countries and languages.
There is no fixed price because each project requires a different level of effort. In the proposal, you’ll see the selected creators and each one’s price before approving anything.
