The HICARI app for creators is free and available for iPhone and Android. It includes everything in the web dashboard (opportunities, invitations, submissions, chat and payments) and also notifies you instantly with push notifications.
What you can do from the app
- Sign up with email, Google or, on iPhone, Apple, and complete your profile.
- Upload videos to your portfolio from your mobile.
- View Opportunities and apply to public requests.
- Accept or reject private Invitations before they expire.
- Submit your videos directly from your Gallery or Photos.
- Talk to brands in Messages.
- Check your Wallet and request withdrawals.
- Use HICARI Workspace and open Support tickets.
It’s the same account as on the web: what you do in one appears in the other.
How it’s organized
The bottom bar has five tabs: Home, Opportunities, Colabs (your collaborations), Messages and Workspace. The rest of the sections, such as portfolio, payments and level, wallet, support or settings, are in your profile.
Push notifications
Push notifications are only available in the app. You can enable or disable them by type:
- Messages: when a brand messages you.
- Invitations to private requests: includes reminders before they expire.
- Acceptances for public requests: when a brand selects you.
- Payments and earnings: changes to your payments and withdrawals.
- Support replies: when they reply to a ticket.
- HICARI updates, Account and creator status and Creator Workspace.
+10 points to your score
If you have the app installed with notifications enabled, you add +10 extra points to your visibility score, without exceeding the maximum of 100. Brands can see your score on your profile, so it’s an easy way to stand out. We explain it in Visibility score and reviews.
Does the app cost anything?
No. Downloading and using it is free. Only the Premium plan for HICARI Workspace is paid, and it’s optional.
Is there an app for brands?
No. The app is only for creators; brands work from the web dashboard.
I’m not receiving notifications. What should I do?
Check that HICARI has notification permission in your mobile settings and that each type is enabled in the app’s notification section. If it still doesn’t work, open a ticket in Support.
