Video review
When the creator delivers the content, you review their videos in HICARI and decide whether to approve the collaboration and release the payment, or request a review. The first round of changes is free.
How it works
You receive the delivery
We notify you by email and the request moves to Pending review.
Review the entire collaboration
You review all the videos delivered by that creator at the same time and compare them with the brief: script, messages, duration, formats and hooks.
Approve or request changes
Click Approve collaboration and release payment or Request review and explain what needs to be changed (comments are mandatory).
Rate the creator
Under Your rating of the creator, you choose between 1 and 5 stars and add a comment if you wish. It is displayed on their profile without your name, and you can edit it later.
Deadlines and rounds of changes
- You have 7 days from delivery to review it. We send you a reminder and, depending on the conditions, if you do not respond, the delivery may be considered approved.
- The first review is included. From the second review onwards, the creator decides whether to do it free of charge or request payment, which is only charged if you click Confirm and pay for review.
When you approve
The payment is released to the creator, the usage rights in Paid start counting, and you can no longer request changes or cancel that collaboration. In a public request with several creators, each collaboration is approved separately.
