Visibility Score and Reviews
On this page
The Visibility Score is a score from 0 to 100 that summarizes your recent activity on HICARI. Brands see the score on your profile, next to your reviews, so the better it is, the more trust you convey.
Which factors count
- Activity on the platform: how active you are on HICARI.
- Chat response time: how quickly you reply to brands.
- Completed collaborations: approved submissions.
- Private invitations: whether you accept or reject them, or let them expire.
- Applications to public requests: whether you apply to opportunities.
- App with notifications: +10 extra points if you have the app installed with notifications enabled, without going over 100.
On the Visibility Score card in your Dashboard, click How does it work? to see a breakdown of your score and how much it has changed this week.

How to improve your score
- Reply quickly to messages from brands.
- Respond to all private invitations within 72 hours.
- Apply to public requests that are a good fit for you.
- Submit on time and complete your collaborations.
- Install the HICARI app and enable notifications.
- Log in to HICARI regularly.
Reviews from brands
When a brand approves your collaboration, it can rate you from 1 to 5 stars and leave a comment. The review is published on your profile immediately. You can see them all, along with your average rating, under Portfolio and profile → Reviews.
Get your first review
If you do not have any reviews yet, you will see Get your first review in the Reviews tab:
- Publish your own video about HICARI on TikTok, YouTube or Instagram.
- Paste the link and click Submit for review.
- If we approve it, a platform review is added to your profile.
The video’s quality is assessed and there is no financial compensation, but a first positive review gives brands confidence.
