Can HICARI search for profiles outside the platform?

Yes, with the managed service. With more than 5,000 creators on HICARI, you will normally find the profile within the community. But if you need a very specific style, niche or type of creator and none are a good fit, our team can search outside the platform.

1. Tell us what profile you need and why none of the proposed creators are a good fit.
2. The team searches for creators outside the platform who meet those requirements.
3. They validate them (portfolio, style and fit with your brief) and propose them to you just like the others, with their price.
4. You approve before getting started.

This usually happens with very specific profiles: a particular profession, a language or accent, a city, a sport or an unusual age range.

The dashboard only shows creators registered on HICARI. If you know a creator who is a good fit for you and they are not registered yet:

• Ask them to register for free as a creator through the creator registration page or via the app for iOS or Android. They must be over 18; there is no minimum follower count.
• Once they complete their profile and are approved, you will find them under Creators — private brief and can invite them with Launch private brief.

This way, they work under the same conditions as everyone else: a usage rights assignment agreement, payment through HICARI and an invoice issued by HICARI.
